Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Parking Operations Specialist to join our Austin team. This role is hands-on and field-based, supporting parking operations, assisting drivers, and helping maintain orderly vehicle movement in high-traffic urban areas. This position requires strong awareness, customer interaction, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians to maintain safe and efficient parking flow
- Assist drivers with parking guidance and general questions
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with site rules and safety practices
- Maintain organized vehicle movement during peak hours
- Report issues, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly
- Provide courteous, professional assistance to the public at all times
Minimum requirements
