Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator to manage and support event operations in Orlando. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring smooth execution of parking and guest flow during events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics related to parking and site operations
  • Schedule and supervise event staff and field teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact during events
  • Ensure efficient traffic flow and guest experience
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Address and resolve issues in real time

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
