Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator to manage and support event operations in Orlando. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring smooth execution of parking and guest flow during events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate event logistics related to parking and site operations
- Schedule and supervise event staff and field teams
- Serve as the main point of contact during events
- Ensure efficient traffic flow and guest experience
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Address and resolve issues in real time
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18 – $28 per hour
