Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our Charlotte team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with internal communications, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring clear and timely information flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating internal communications between office and field teams
- Support the preparation and distribution of updates, reports, and operational information
- Respond to basic customer and client inquiries via phone or email
- Help maintain accurate records of communications and service updates
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure alignment across teams
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18 – $28 per hour
