Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our Charlotte team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with internal communications, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring clear and timely information flow across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating internal communications between office and field teams
  • Support the preparation and distribution of updates, reports, and operational information
  • Respond to basic customer and client inquiries via phone or email
  • Help maintain accurate records of communications and service updates
  • Collaborate with operations staff to ensure alignment across teams
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation & Benefits
