Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Event Staff to support operations at events throughout Austin. This role involves assisting with crowd management, parking coordination, and providing excellent service to attendees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Guide attendees and provide directions
  • Support parking and traffic flow during events
  • Monitor event areas to ensure safety and organization
  • Respond to guest questions and provide assistance
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous event, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
