Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Event Staff to support operations at events throughout Austin. This role involves assisting with crowd management, parking coordination, and providing excellent service to attendees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Guide attendees and provide directions
- Support parking and traffic flow during events
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and organization
- Respond to guest questions and provide assistance
- Work closely with team members and supervisors
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous event, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18 – $27 per hour
