Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Driver Helper to assist drivers with transportation and operational support tasks in Charlotte, NC. This role helps ensure safe and efficient delivery of equipment and materials while supporting field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment or materials
• Help ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
• Provide navigation assistance and support during routes
• Secure items properly during transport
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in outdoor and active environments

Compensation & Benefits
